Media Engine
A private tool that publishes videos to its operator's own YouTube channels and reports how they perform.
What it does
- Uploads finished videos to the operator's YouTube channels and schedules when they go public.
- Reads view, like, comment and subscriber counts for those channels.
- Reads aggregated YouTube Analytics for those channels, such as impressions, click-through rate, watch time and audience retention.
- Shows those numbers on a private dashboard, so the operator can see which videos are working.
- Reads YouTube's public most-popular charts to help choose video topics.
Who it is for
Media Engine is not a public product. There is no sign-up, and nobody other than its operator signs in to it. It connects only to channels its operator owns, using Google's sign-in to request access to YouTube.
Your data
The privacy policy explains what Media Engine accesses through YouTube API Services, how that information is used and stored, and how access can be revoked.
